Terms of Service
1. Subscriptions
TiffinBox operates on a recurring subscription basis. By selecting a plan, you authorize TiffinBox to charge your payment method weekly or monthly until you pause or cancel. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
2. Tiffin Care
The stainless steel containers remain the property of TiffinBox. Customers are responsible for returning the previous day's empty tiffin during the current delivery. A replacement fee of $15 will be charged for lost or severely damaged containers.
3. Delivery Window
Our standard delivery window is 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. While we strive for precision, TiffinBox is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, traffic accidents, or other unforeseen logistics failures.
4. Food Safety
Meals are prepared in certified commercial kitchens. Once delivered, customers are responsible for the safe storage of food. We recommend consuming hot meals within 2 hours of delivery or refrigerating them immediately.
